This was my first project in Los Angeles.

This team spent 30+ years designing glass systems for celebrity estates and iconic Hollywood film sets (Terminator, Pirates of the Caribbean, etc.). Despite their incredible history, they were looking to pivot to meet the growing demand of Los Angeles' mixed-use development. I was brought in to help them formalize their marketing systems and build a digital presence that reflects their commercial capacity.

We focused on shifting their brand from a referral-based glazing business to a professional B2B authority. This required a mix of new systems and targeted content.

+ B2B Content Strategy: I developed social media content focused on mixed-use development and commercial specifications. We set up content shoots at company headquarters and a construction site in Santa Monica. Educational and keyword-rich behind-the-scenes content helped improve their search visibility on LinkedIn and established them as a knowledgeable partner for developers.

+ Executive Outreach: We used professional platforms to reach out directly to decision-makers at top development firms in their target regions. This ensured the brand was put in front of decision makers in their target commercial sector.

+ On-Site Storytelling: The photos and videos captured at their large-scale installations could enhance project proposals, as the team was seen handling complex, commercial-grade projects..

+ Graphic Design: Since they didn't have updated business cards, I created professional marketing collateral (or "leave-behinds") for in-person sales calls.

Modernizing their digital presence led to a significant increase in visibility. Average monthly website traffic grew by 170% over the course of the project. We saw a 5,225% increase in LinkedIn reactions and a 3,200% surge in comments. Importantly, nearly half of their LinkedIn visitors were new prospects in the commercial sector.

The company was now successfully engaging with elite Los Angeles development firms and has the professional social media systems in place to support their growth.
